1. Fix any problems

You always want to start with a  "clean" image. Fix white balance, exposure, etc. before any color grading. 

2. Use Color grading

The color grading adjustments are the best option to add the orange and teal look.

3. Shadows Settings

Select shadows and set Hue to 190 and Saturation to 100. You can reduce Saturation for a more subtle look. 

4. Highlights settings

Select highlights and set Hue to 35 and Saturation to 100. You can reduce Saturation for a more subtle look.

5. Blending settings

Set Blending to 35 for a more natural look. You can experiment to see what you like the best here. 

6. Color calibration

For a more extreme color grade. Go to Calibration tab and adjust the Blue Primary Hue to the left for the look you want.
